If you move and don't update the mailing address in your account before you receive your card, it will be sent to the wrong address and may delay your access to your monthly benefit payment. If you plan to move during the transition to a debit card, please update your address as soon as possible by logging on to your secure account here. If you don’t receive your card, please call us at (844) GO-INPRS and a new one can be issued to you.
