If your employee selects the TRF My Choice plan, as an employer, you're required to pay the mandatory 3% contribution as well as a variable percentage (set annually by the INPRS board). A portion of that contribution will go into the employee's DC account.
The current total variable rate for TRF My Choice is 5.3%, until June 30, 2022. The total variable rate for the TRF My Choice plan will be 6.0 percent from July 1, 2022, through June 30, 2023.
