When is the transition to BNY Mellon taking place?

There are two important dates to keep in mind:

1. As of Dec. 29, 2023, by 5 p.m. EST, member access to MyPenPay, where you currently access payment information, will no longer be available.
2. On Jan. 2, 2024, our new vendor, BNY Mellon, will assume responsibility for issuing payments to INPRS’s benefit recipients.
