Step One: Log on to your secure account.
Step Two: From the "Select an account" drop-down, choose the Benefit Payments option. (See image below.)
Step Three: From the Benefit Payments screen, click the Payment Method link in the menu at the top of the page, as shown below.
Step Four: From the Payment Method screen, click the Change Bank Information button next to the bank information listed for the direct deposit of your benefit payments. (See image below.)
Step Five: From the Change Bank Information screen, enter the new account type, routing number and account number for direct deposit, and click the Next button on the bottom right, as shown below.
